Terms and Conditions

Definitions

  1. LYNK.ID is a financial management and consumer information service company for Creators, not including owners or shareholders.
  2. LYNK.ID refers to this site, and does not include, its owners, shareholders or operators.
  3. Kreators are creators registered with LYNK.ID and offer their work, content or services through LYNK.ID.
  4. Members are LYNK.ID members who enjoy the work, content or services offered by Creators through LYNK.ID.
  5. Work is the result or work process of a Creator offered to Members, inside or outside LYNK.ID.
  6. Content is the work of the Creators offered to Members, inside or outside LYNK.ID.
  7. Services are Creator expertise services offered to MMeber, inside or outside LYNK.ID.
  8. Profile Page is a page that contains information about Creators, creator activities, and the Level of Support offered by Creators.
  9. Support Level is the offer of works, content or services offered by Creators to Members on LYNK.ID, which contains prices, and works, content or services offered at that price.

Creators' Rights and Obligations

  1. You can register yourself as a creator on LYNK.ID through a process determined by the LYNK.ID team, with a process as determined by the LYNK.ID team, including the curation process.
  2. You must be at least 18 years of age when creating an account with LYNK.ID, or have permission from your parents to create an account.
  3. To register, you must provide an active email, active phone number and mailing address. These three data are used to verify your identity and will only be used for correspondence purposes with the LYNK.ID team, or with other parties at the invitation of with the consent of the Creators.
  4. Creators have the right to determine the levels of support, content or exclusive access, along with the prices for these levels of support on LYNK.ID.
  5. Creators are entitled to receive money from Members according to Member payments for each level of support made on the Creator profile page, and only according to the Support Level on the Creator profile page.
  6. Creators are required to fulfill the offer of work, content or services offered to paying Members. If there is a violation of the submission of works, content or services to Members, LYNK.ID has the right to withhold payment for Member contributions, or in extreme cases, deactivate the Creator's account.
  7. Creators are responsible for everything that happens to a Creator's account while the Creator is signed in to the account, and for the security of the account itself. Please contact LYNK.ID if you suspect your account has been accessed without permission.
  8. Creators do not use LYNK.ID or LYNK.ID to raise funds for political purposes, mass organizations with affiliations to lawbreakers, or with the intention of committing illegal acts.
  9. Creators are required to consider all applicable laws in offering works, content or services through LYNK.ID, including but not limited to laws governing content, information and electronic transmission.
  10. Creator Accounts cannot be traded or transferred.
  11. Most of the sites use passwords as a means of protection and you cannot access these parts without a valid password.
  12. You are allowed to upload your work, content or services in the format that we have specified as long as it does not exceed the quota we provide.
  13. You are allowed to promote your work, content or services in blogs, emails and other formats without limits.

Member Rights and Obligations

  1. To provide support, members do not have to create an account at LYNK.ID, but must provide their name, active email address, and active telephone number so that transactions can be processed and transaction receipts can be sent to the Member.
  2. In order for Members to access the latest content timeline and receive shipments of goods or services offered by Creators, Members need to create an account by providing data, including but not limited to, name, active email address, active telephone number and mailing address.
  3. You must be at least 18 years of age when creating an account with LYNK.ID, or have permission from your parents to create an account.
  4. Members are required to follow all applicable laws in carrying out activities in LYNK.ID, including but not limited to, rules regarding content, and information and electronic transmissions.
  5. If after payment there is a counter-achievement from the Creator by not delivering the work, content or service as promised and paid by the Member, the Member can apply for a refund to LYNK.ID, with all applicable transaction fees and taxes borne by the Member.
  6. Most of the sites use passwords as a means of protection and you cannot access these parts without a valid password.
  7. You are allowed to promote your work, content or Creator services that you support in blogs, emails and other formats without limits.

Protection of Intellectual Property Rights

  1. LYNK.ID upholds the protection of the intellectual property rights of every creator. Therefore, Creators must guarantee that all works, content and services uploaded or offered on LYNK.ID or supported by funding through LYNK.ID, are fully intellectual property rights owned by the creator, and / or have obtained clear and written permission from the creator. The original.
  2. LYNK.ID has the right to display, distribute and distribute such works, content or services for the purposes of Creators' promotions, LYNK.ID promotions, and sales or delivery of works, content or services to paying Members.
  3. Sales and / or submission of works, content or services for Creators' intellectual property rights through LYNK.ID is done with the Creator's approval through the act of uploading works, content or services to LYNK.ID to a predetermined level of support, with an active offer status.
  4. Withdrawal of works, content or services from LYNK.ID for discontinuation of sale and / or delivery is done by deactivating the offer and / or the appropriate level of support.
  5. LYNK.ID's use of Kreator's intellectual property rights with a third party must be with the Creator's clear and written consent.

Legal Policy

  1. LYNK.ID Terms of Service may change without prior notification. Creators must own the distribution rights, print rights and copyright on all uploaded and uploaded works, content or services. LYNK.ID is not responsible if later violations are found in the uploaded and submitted works, content or services, and will direct full legal responsibility for the works, content or services uploaded to the respective Creator profile pages.

Payments and Taxes

  1. Creators are entitled to receive a portion or profit share of 95% of the money received from a Member for every successful Member payment for a Support Level that has been activated by the Creator.
  2. LYNK.ID will use the profit sharing of 5% to cover transaction costs and taxes, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Minimum payment for LYNK.ID to transfer is Rp. 100,000.
  4. LYNK.ID will pay Creators portion or revenue share to Creators on the agreed date at the end of each calendar month, for all successful transactions that occur from the 1st to the 25th of each month. If the 25th is a holiday, LYNK.ID will transfer the next working days.
  5. In a dispute over a transaction, the records of successful and unsuccessful transactions at LYNK.ID are considered final.
  6. Note: Please give 1-2 extra working days for the payment to be transferred in your account.

Pro Accounts

  1. Creator with pro account will get the benefit from lynk.id/pricing.
  2. Manual withdrawal cashout will need 1-2 WORKING DAYS from lynk.id system.
  3. Not refundable
  4. In a dispute over a transaction, the records of successful and unsuccessful transactions at LYNK.ID are considered final.
  5. Any Domain purchased through lynk.id is registered under lynk.id and may not be transferred.

Things that are not allowed

  1. You are not allowed to use this site material for anything commercial in nature other than those permitted by LYNK.ID.
  2. You are not allowed to pirate and abuse the copyrights that other creators have on their works, content or services unless authorized in writing by that Creator.
  3. You are not allowed to pretend to be a Creator or someone else, unless the work, content or service is clearly a satire or parody.
  4. Creators are not allowed to upload to LYNK.ID or fund works, content or services through LYNK.ID, including those not on LYNK.ID, which are as follows:
    • Pornography
    • Racism
    • Crime
    • Offensive against SARA
    • Gambling related content
    • Work or services that are provocative in nature
    • Can trigger conflict between groups

Fraud and Embezzlement

  1. Other material that violates the law.
  2. Material that is the work or copyright of others.
  3. If you find works, content or services that violate these provisions, LYNK.ID has the right to delete them without prior notice for the benefit of LYNK.ID. In addition, LYNK.ID and LYNK.ID have the right to refuse to provide future services to any person who violates these terms and conditions.
  4. You cannot make any claims to LYNK.ID and / or LYNK.ID for your violation of the terms and conditions of use of the LYNK.ID site.
  5. Payment made by Paypal will be on hold according to the status on Paypal. Some payment is chargeback-able. Means the payer can charge-back the transaction, and thus LYNK.ID have the right to reduce the payment from your account. This action is irrevocable means that the decision is final.

Limitation of Liability

  1. Creators and Members who own accounts at LYNK.ID agree that the use of LYNK.ID services is entirely at the user's own risk. LYNK.ID services are provided on an "as is as a printer and operator rental" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, constructive or legal. LYNK.ID does not guarantee the availability of services and reserves the right to change, withdraw, suspend, or terminate any functions or features of LYNK.ID services. This disclaimer applies without limitation to any damage or error, whether for breach of contract, or otherwise caused by performance failure, errors, negligence, interruption, deletion, defects, delay in operation or transmission, computer viruses, communication disruptions, change of network material or system failure, or theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, from, or use of any records.

Compensation

  1. Creators and / or account owners agree not to involve LYNK.ID from any losses, liabilities, claims, damages and costs, including attorney fees, arising from or relating to the content, use, or deletion of works, content or services or use any other feature or service.
  2. This clearly includes:
    • The account owner is responsible for any and all liabilities arising from infringement or infringement of property rights or copyright.
    • Any material that is defamatory or unlawful is contained in the work, content or services uploaded by the account owner.
    • Any material that is defamatory or illegal is contained in the uploaded and submitted work, content or services of the account owner.

Site Operations

  1. LYNK.ID will close or postpone site operations if necessary improvements to the site. Closure or operational delay can be done at any time without prior notification.

  4. LYNK.ID has the right to suspend, even cancel members who are deemed to have violated the terms and conditions of LYNK.ID or are deemed to have disturbed public order in the LYNK.ID community itself.

  6. Decisions made by LYNK.ID are final and cannot be contested

Products and Services

  1. Orders that Member messages from Creators via LYNK.ID are approved when receiving confirmation from LYNK.ID.
  2. Payment for Member orders can be made through the payment gateway provided by LYNK.ID. A successful and approved transaction confirmation will be sent via email to the Member.
  3. The fee charged to the Member is in accordance with the number of Support Levels that have been set by the Creator and chosen by the Member
  4. LYNK.ID is not responsible for the failure to deliver works, content or services, or damage to works, content or services, caused by third parties such as couriers or other service providers outside LYNK.ID
  5. All information regarding LYNK.ID products and services can be directly asked to the official cash line that has been determined by LYNK.ID

Account closure

  1. You can close your LYNK.ID account by contacting via the contact page we provide. For account closure, you must provide information to LYNK.ID that you are the owner of the account. Your account will be canceled after confirmation between LYNK.ID and you regarding the validity of your identity.
  2. We reserve the right to close your account without prior notification for the benefit of the LYNK.ID website. Cancellation of this account may occur if there are things including, but not limited to: a) violation of Terms of Use b) requests from legal entities or government-owned agencies, c) requests from yourself, d) periods of long account inactivity, and d) fraud by you.
  3. The closure of your account will result in the following: a) your creations or other materials will be deleted from LYNK.ID, b) your password will no longer be valid so you cannot access any parts of the site that are protected with a password, and c) you are not can again use LYNK.ID service.

Settlement and Law

  1. The terms and conditions listed on the LYNK.ID website regarding our products and services are protected by the laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia.
  2. All disputes arising from the implementation of the site and services provided by LYNK.ID with you will be resolved by deliberation and kinship.

Privacy and Security Policy

  1. The information provided by Creators and Members to LYNK.ID includes but is not limited to active email addresses, active phone numbers and mailing addresses, and will only be used for business relations with LYNK.ID, or with third parties with the consent of Creators and Members.
  2. We use various third parties to process payments from Members. Member information required by these payment gates will also be stored for transaction processing purposes.

  4. If there is information that is inappropriate, fictitious or belongs to someone else, LYNK.ID can close the account without prior notification.
  5. LYNK.ID will maintain the confidentiality of Creator or Member data. Upon request, LYNK.ID will provide an explanation of how Kreator or Member data is used in the LYNK.ID business process.
  6. A Creator or Member for any reason has the right to request account closure, and to ask for a history of completeness and activity data while being a Creator or Member at LYNK.ID
